Frequently Asked Questions

These answers are written for launch clarity and better search-result understanding.

FAQ 1

What is Budhigyan?

Budhigyan is a learning platform focused on MCQ practice, online courses, test series, live learning support and selected offline support where available.

FAQ 2

Is Budhigyan mainly a coaching center?

No. Budhigyan is positioned first as an MCQ practice and online course platform. Offline or small-batch help is only a support option for selected students and batches.

FAQ 3

Which boards and classes are supported?

Budhigyan supports BSE Class 6 to 10, CBSE Class 6 to 12, and CHSE Class 11 to 12 Science. Competitive exam preparation can be added through dedicated MCQ and test-series paths.

FAQ 4

Can students try MCQ practice before buying?

Yes. Selected free MCQ sets are available publicly. Premium test series, full course access and special practice sets require access approval.

FAQ 5

How does premium course or test-series access work?

A student can request access from the course or test-series page. The admin verifies the request and payment/status manually before granting access inside the student dashboard.

FAQ 6

Is PhonePe payment automatic now?

No. Payment approval should remain manual until PhonePe callback and server-side verification are fully configured and tested. This avoids unsafe auto-approval.

FAQ 7

Can guardians see student progress?

Guardian progress visibility is planned as a read-only trust feature. Guardians can view progress summaries where access is enabled, but they cannot change student records or approve payments.

FAQ 8

How should I contact Budhigyan for enrollment?

Use the Contact page or WhatsApp enquiry button. Mention board, class, subject, course or test-series requirement so the correct path can be suggested.

Still confused?

Send your board, class and subject requirement.

A simple WhatsApp enquiry is better than turning on heavy chatbot automation at the beginning.
