Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment if: (a) access to the enrolled course or batch was not provided, or (b) there was a duplicate payment due to technical error.
The following are non-refundable: (a) change of mind after enrollment, (b) partial use of course content, (c) offline coaching batch fees after the batch has started, (d) MCQ plan fees after test attempts have been made.
Email srinibaskhurda@gmail.com with: your registered email, payment screenshot/UTR number, reason for refund, and bank account details for NEFT transfer.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via NEFT to your bank account. UPI refunds are not possible after 48 hours.
